RETURN OF GOODS

Requests for returns must be made to our Customer Service Team within 3 working days following delivery of goods. Returns for change of mind will not be accepted. For all other returns, claims can be made by phone to our Customer Service Team on:

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your goods were damaged in transit, please report to our Customer Service Team within 3 working days If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the delivery stating the damage or do not accept the parcel.
